Morgan furniture designs specified for Clayton Chiswick Hotel

British furniture designer and manufacturer, Morgan, has supplied a wide range of seating, ottomans and tables for the Clayton Chiswick Hotel in West London.

Over 100 items were specified by designer Cunningham McClean for the luxury 4 star property including designs from the Modena, Miami, Soho, Lima, Metro, Boston, Chevy and Pimlico Collections.

Set within a modern glass-fronted building just 20 minutes from Central London, the hotel offers contemporary style, outstanding furnishings and a friendly welcome. The choice of original collections from Morgan is in keeping with the brief to create a contemporary and individual personality for the 311-room establishment.

The lobby and public areas offer an eclectic mix of styles with intimate seating groups for guests to meet and relax; Modena sofas and chairs, designed by Katerina Zachariades, are characterised by their generous, sweeping arm detail that creates a sharp profile but also a soft, inviting shape.

These are matched with coffee tables from the same collection, as well as oval Chevy coffee tables with attractive coloured glass top insets. Two seater sofas from the Miami Collection are also in the public areas with their striking contemporary take on a vintage style. Generous in size, they are upholstered with back buttons.

The Pimlico Collection is designed by Morgan Studio and is featured in the deluxe bedrooms and suites.

Created specifically as a bedroom chair, it combines small footprint with luxurious sit, featuring smooth curved lines and an inset oval seat pad, which is wrapped by a fully upholstered frame. It is compact, yet exceedingly comfortable with a matching oval ottoman.

Owned by the Dalata Hotel Group, the Clayton Chiswick is one of 13 Clayton Hotels in the UK and Ireland. Facilities at the Clayton Chiswick Hotel include a ballroom for up to 330 guests, 10 state-of-the-art meeting rooms and two restaurants for casual and formal dining.
