After running a worldwide tender, AccorHotels has appointed Hoist Group as approved WiFi partner, building upon an already successful track record in delivering consistent quality WiFi to AccorHotels guests as well as enabling property back of house connectivity.

Hoist Group is about to deploy its Fusion Gateway within the AccorHotels estate and offer guests outstanding WiFi performance, simplified user experiences and a high level of support.

Fusion Platform, Hoist Group’s feature rich gateway, will be at the core of the solution empowering a robust WiFi architecture. AccorHotels and their guests will benefit from many of Fusion Platform’s functionalities including the ability to welcome back guests, device management and access to Hoist Group’s dedicated conference team enabling AccorHotels to meet the needs of the
most challenging events.

“As market leader within hospitality innovations across EMEA, Hoist Group is delighted to have partnered with AccorHotels and we are looking forward to working closely to not only meet today’s guest and corporate requirements but also to accompany Accor in its transformation of the customer experience”, says Simon I ‘Anson, Vice President Business Development at Hoist Group.

The roll out of high performance WiFi utilizing the latest 802.11ac standard is in line with AccorHotel’s five year digital plan seeking to reinvent the customer experience through digital technology. Connectivity throughout the property is a fundamental requirement for both the guest experience but also empowering staff devices and corporate services whilst at the same ensuring security.

“Hoist Group has successfully rolled out their services to numerous AccorHotels properties with focus on quality throughout the process and outstanding levels of service to both our properties and our guests. We are looking forward to working with Hoist Group to meet our guest expectations across EMEA”, says David Esseryk Vice-President Guest Technology & Innovation, AccorHotels.

For Hoist Group, the win comes after significant accomplishments in the UK, Benelux and the Middle East with implementation of WiFi in over 170 AccorHotel properties in the last three years.
