Sleep well with Mattison

Mattison is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of contract beds designed exclusively for the hotel and contract market. The company boasts an unassailable reputation for quality and comfort, which is backed by over 150 years of experience. Mattison’s products are handcrafted in the UK at its purpose-built factory in Ipswich, Suffolk. The company’s client portfolio includes top hotel groups, independent hotels, universities, schools and cruise ships.

All Mattison beds are designed to take the strain of contract applications – heavy sections of timber in the base and reinforced mattresses ensure durability. All materials and construction methods fully comply with the latest British Standards where required, while all beds conform to the required standards of flame retardancy at Ignition Source 5 or higher. Mattison also operates a stringent environmental policy, ensuring that waste product is recycled wherever possible.

Mattison pocket sprung beds contain individual springs sewn into the fabric pockets, which are held under tension, hand tufted and locked in with generous amounts of fillings. The more springs, the greater the support, which is why Mattison offers from 1000 to 3000 spring combinations.

With its own dedicated transport fleet, Mattison offers a nationwide free delivery service on all orders over £500 and a full installation/disposal service. Furthermore, as one of the few manufacturers employing dedicated area managers throughout the UK, clients can take advantage of expert advice, free bed surveys and quality after-sales service.
