VitrA: Elevating bathroom design to the next level

Pioneering bathroom specialist, VitrA, provides interior designers and specifiers with an abundance of choice for creating a hotel bathroom that is not only practical, but luxurious, elegant and rejuvenating.

If a fashionable Scandinavian look is desired, VitrA’s Nest Trendy range offers an ideal solution. Created for VitrA by acclaimed Finnish studio, Pentagon Design, the range embodies its name with its homely yet modern and upmarket styling. It personifies the Scandinavian look with its unfussy, contemporary and clean lines which are softened by natural and warm wood finishes.

The designer’s innovative approach is clearly evident in the design of the basins. Around the exterior rim, a series of white LEDs is hidden with motion-activated sensors. The activated LEDs which provide a subtle glow around the basins, look eye-catching and this is practical for night-time visitors to the bathroom who do not wish to be startled by too much light. The Nest Trendy range provides a useful series of matching modular components, including brassware, accessories and wall hung furniture, and several washbasins in different sizes and fittings.

VitrA’s T4 range is ideal for those creating a co-ordinated and effortlessly modern design scheme. It has been produced for VitrA by multi-award winning German design studio, Noa, which is renowned for its innovative approach and simple yet beautiful designs. T4’s refreshingly uncomplicated design features sleek, clean lines, a bright white finish and softened curved edges.

The designers created a portfolio of products that can be used together to create a complete bathroom with complementary furniture, sanitaryware and brassware. The portfolio is so versatile, so whether it’s a cloakroom, ensuite or master bathroom, there is a suitably sized product to fit. This is ideal for creating cohesive schemes – not just within the bathroom itself, but across a hotel. The options available include a luxurious double-ended bath, 11 basins, three WCs and two bidets.

If hygiene and design are equally important, the M-Line range provides designers and specifiers with a great choice. VitrA commissioned Noa to create the range owing to the design studio’s engineering ingenuity and attention to aesthetics. The collection is typical of Noa’s style, with its sleek clean lines and subtle curved edges.

The studio delivered a comprehensive range for creating a cohesive design scheme throughout a hotel, including basins and WCs in different sizes, with floor-standing and wall-hung versions, and inset and countertop basin editions. All the basins within the range have been specifically designed with the optimal bowl depth, so that dirt is prevented from building up – ideal for when cleanliness is paramount.

In addition, the rimless M-Line WC features a channel-free design, which eliminates germ reproduction and provides the option of a VitrA Fresh flush tank, which adds a dose of cleaning liquid to every flush.

No matter what the project, there’s a VitrA bathrooms range to suit that will help designers and specifiers to create sophisticated, practical, elegant and revitalising spaces.
