Domes unveils new boutique retreat Neema Maison Finikia Santorini

Domes has opened Neema Maison Finikia Santorini in July 2025, marking the first property under its new sub-brand, The Finds. This curated collection of boutique resorts is designed for travellers seeking authentic discovery, with each location shaped by the local community, culture and pace of life. The launch also marks Domes’ second property on the island, following the success of Domes Novos Santorini in 2024.

Neema Maison Finikia Santorini invites guests to slow down and connect with the unique character of Finikia village. Designed by Greek architecture agency Urban Soul Project, the 16-suite property draws inspiration from a fashion atelier. Interiors blend traditional Cycladic elegance with bold, design-led details, creating an experience that feels more like stepping into a boutique than a conventional hotel. Handpicked fashion displays in the reception, bespoke furniture upholstered in vivid fabrics, and a palette of whitewashed walls with soft red accents combine to create a striking yet welcoming atmosphere.

The name “Neema” comes from the ancient Greek word for thread, a symbol of craftsmanship and destiny. This theme runs through the property, echoing the legendary tale of Ariadne’s golden thread, and informing the hotel’s focus on line, form and movement. Domes’ own luxury resort wear boutique, also named Neema, showcases work from local designers and artisans, further embedding this creative concept into the guest experience.

Located in the northern village of Finikia, just a short walk from Oia, the hotel sits on the quieter side of Santorini. The area retains its traditional charm, with cave houses, narrow pedestrian alleys and preserved Cycladic architecture. Many suites offer sweeping sea views, and three premium suites feature in-room jacuzzis. Guests can relax at the elegant outdoor pool, enjoy communal sunset dining, or prepare meals in fully equipped kitchens designed for longer stays.

Dining is centred on Antonino’s, Domes’ new Italian restaurant concept, serving handmade pasta, wood-fired pizzas, fresh salads and an extensive wine and cocktail list. The pool bar offers a peaceful spot to take in the coastal scenery, while wellness facilities include daily outdoor yoga and Pilates on the terrace, along with massages available on request.

The launch of Neema Maison Finikia Santorini is the first of several additions to The Finds portfolio. The collection will soon welcome Agali Hotel in Paxos, joining Domes’ existing brands which include Domes Noruz, Domes Aulūs, Domes Originals and Domes Reserves. In total, the group now operates 14 properties across Greece, plus Domes Lake Algarve in Portugal and the Michelin-starred Makris restaurant in Athens, each shaped by thoughtful design, wellness, cultural authenticity and beachside elegance.
