Element Hotels, part of Marriott International, recently announced the opening of Element Al Jaddaf in one of Dubai’s emerging districts. Element Al Jaddaf presents an eco-friendly concept for guests seeking to maintain a balanced lifestyle while travelling.

Inspired by nature and with a bright aesthetic, Element Al Jaddaf features streamlined furnishings in light natural tones with touches of greenery. The hotel’s relaxed and enriching atmosphere together with its ergonomic design, quiet nooks, sun filled spaces, and pet-friendly amenities evoke a feeling of comfort and home.

“Element is a recognized industry leader in the longer-stay eco space and is designed to empower guests to stay in their element while traveling,” said Guido de Wilde, Chief Operating Officer – Middle East, Marriott International. “Element Al Jaddaf marks the opening of the second Element in the UAE and we are delighted to further amplify the brand’s eco-ethos and fresh approach to the extended stay segment in the country.”

Element Al Jaddaf offers a collection of 269 thoughtfully designed studio, one and two-bedroom apartments, making the property an ideal proposition for business travelers, longer staying guests, and holidaymakers. Each spacious apartment features a signature Heavenly bed, a spa-inspired bathroom, oversized closets, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Guests opting for a one-bedroom apartment can enjoy the privacy of a separate living and sleeping area, accommodating up to four guests. In addition to a signature Heavenly® bed, convertible sofa bed and tranquil bathroom, it boasts a fully equipped modern kitchenette and a large working area for guests choosing to work remotely. The two-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to six guests, and feature a spacious kitchenette, two bathrooms and expansive living and dining areas.

The hotel’s complimentary healthy Rise breakfast offers morning staples, while the all-day restaurant, Café 26, serves lunch and dinner. With the health and wellbeing of its guests in mind, Element Al Jaddaf is a dry hotel with an ample selection of juices, smoothies, coffees and teas.

The hotel features a business center with three compact meeting rooms, and for an additional cost includes coffee, tea and lunch. The hotel’s state-of-the-art fitness center, fitted with the latest equipment, is open 24-hours a day. From the rooftop, guests can enjoy majestic views of Dubai’s famed skyline, the expanse of the Al Jaddaf Waterfront and Dubai Creek, whilst relaxing in the panoramic freshwater pool or on the terrace.

Located in Dubai’s Creekside neighborhood of Al Jaddaf, the hotel is in close proximity to DIFC, Deira, and Dubai International Airport, and is near to some of Dubai’s most famous sites including Dubai Mall, the Dubai Frame and the Museum of the Future. The area, once famed for its dhow shipyards, is part of Culture Village, home to waterfront promenades and harbor, exhibition and cultural centers, and shopping precincts. For guests commuting to Dubai’s main hubs, the hotel operates complimentary shuttle services to Dubai Mall, Festival City, La Mer Beach, and Al Jaddaf Metro station.

“I am extremely proud to welcome the first guests to Element Al Jaddaf.” said Richard Bleakley, Multi-Property General Manager. “There is notable interest in fully serviced hotel apartments, from longer staying guests, families seeking a flexible hotel product and business travellers. The team and I are looking forward to delivering the Element experience.”
