Hard Rock International – owner of one of the world’s most iconic and recognized brands – announces Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Cancun. The upcoming all-inclusive resort will be situated along the stunning shores of the Caribbean Sea, just a 15-minute drive from the Cancun International Airport.

Set to open in late 2017, the oceanfront property will be the third Yucatan Peninsula property in the Hard Rock International portfolio and will feature 1800 lavishly-appointed oceanfront guestrooms.

“We are excited to welcome our fifth property in Mexico and build upon our collaboration with All Inclusive Collection,” says Marco Roca, EVP chief development officer – Hotels at Hard Rock International. “Boasting an exotic backdrop, superb climate and unrivalled amenities, including a beach-front lagoon pool, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Cancun will offer the ultimate resort experience, tempting travelers to never leave.”

Plans call for six world-class restaurants, ranging from French-inspired cuisine to authentic Mexican, five bars and lounges, and multiple entertainment venues throughout the expansive property. The Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Cancun includes plans for an 8-million gallon, multi-acre, lagoon-style swimming pool, complemented by picturesque white-sand beaches. For adventure seekers, the property will offer a variety of excursions, such as snorkeling and kayaking. Additionally, the property will also feature more than 90,000 square feet of meeting and event space, ideal for elegant banquets, themed parties, weddings, concerts and more.

“We are happy to continue the successful partnership with Hard Rock Hotels, and look forward to offering guests of all ages an all-access pass to luxury, relaxation and entertainment in one of the world’s leading leisure destinations,” said Frank Maduro, vice president of marketing at All Inclusive Collection.

As multigenerational travel continues to thrive, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Cancun will meet the distinctive needs of this market through curated amenities and activities appealing to both families and adult travelers alike. Family-centric experiences include a dedicated kids club, a private teen zone and designated family pool areas, while adults will indulge in exclusive gathering spaces encompassing a nightclub, private pools with outdoor terraces and numerous entertainment offerings.

Additionally, guests will enjoy Hard Rock brand-wide amenities, such as a Rock Spa, and a Rock Shop featuring the brand’s iconic merchandise. Guests will also enjoy music-infused offerings, such as The Sound of Your Stay amenity program. Active guests can choose from an array of all-inclusive amenities, including a Hard Rock golf course, a fully equipped Body Rock fitness center, sporting games and nightly entertainment at the multiple indoor and outdoor venues.

Internationally recognized as a world-class entertainment and lifestyle brand, Hard Rock Hotels offer stylish and contemporary design, unparalleled service and the thread that unites them all – music. Hard Rock’s current Hotel portfolio is located in the world’s most desirable resort destinations, as well as urban gateway cities. The dynamic properties cater to the evolving and distinctive needs of today’s cosmopolitan, modern travelers, who seek a reprieve from traditional, predictable accommodations, whether for business or leisure travel.
