After setting a ground-breaking precedent for dining in Dubai with the launch of Atlantis The Royal, Kerzner is now gearing up to unveil Dubai’s newest and boldest dining destination at One Za’abeel.

A monumental icon, The Link, is the world’s longest cantilever, perched between the dual towers of One Za’abeel, and will feature a flavour-packed portfolio of globally renowned chefs, bringing together 11 exciting culinary concepts in one exceptional location.

The line-up includes sophisticated French dining at La Dame de Pic enlivened by Anne-Sophie Pic, the most decorated Michelin-starred female chef in the world. Celebrating Cordoba’s culinary history, Qabu by Paco Morales will serve contemporary Moorish Cuisine. Having garnered two Michelin stars, he is known for his dynamic take on Andalusian cuisine.

Elevating traditional and modern Japanese cuisine is Sagetsu with Tetsuya Wakuda. The three Michelin-starred Chef marries classical French techniques with the Japanese philosophy of using natural, seasonal flavours into a refined cuisine. Bringing Bangkok’s most cutting-edge Thai experience is DuangDy by Bo.Lan power duo Bo Songvisava and Dylan Jones. Their one-Michelin starred restaurant, Bo.Lan was featured on Asia’s 50 Best List and was known for its sustainable ethos.

Arrazuna by Mehmet Gürs will serve the vibrant cuisines of the Levant and the Arabian Peninsula at a high-end food hall and market, featuring eight open kitchens and gourmet retail. The Michelin-starred chef is known for serving innovative Anatolian cuisine. The international street food eatery, StreetXO by Dabiz Muñoz is a unique concept based on serving haute cuisine dishes in an informal and unexpected ambience. Celebrated as one of Madrid’s most unconventional chefs, he draws inspiration from all over the world, has three Michelin stars, and has been named Best Chef in the World for the past two years.

One&Only’s homegrown concepts remain at the heart of One Za’abeel. Set to elevate the city’s nightlife will be Sphere at The Link. The chic destination bar will offer panoramic views, creative cocktails, sommelier-selected wines, and captivating entertainment. Tapasake, will be perched atop The Link with access to the UAE’s longest infinity pool and plush cabanas, serving contemporary Japanese-Peruvian cuisine and cocktails, backdropped by uninterrupted views of the Dubai skyline. At The Garden on Level 4, Andaliman will embrace the bold flavours of the Indonesian archipelago in an engaging and interactive atmosphere.

“Kerzner continues to disrupt the hospitality industry by raising the bar in architecture and culinary excellence. Unveiling an iconic landmark, we are introducing a new paradigm of bar and restaurant concepts at The Link with the most Michelin-starred chefs under one roof,” said Philippe Zuber, Chief Executive Officer, Kerzner International.

He continued: “Unrivalled dining offerings lie at the heart of what we do; every collaboration and experience we curate is part of our legacy. With our impressive portfolio of seasoned chefs, we strive to evoke emotions and create fond memories for all our guests.

Our global repertoire is proud to have a large number of Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs. We seek synergy with our partners – like-minded industry disruptors and trusted culinary marvels – that share our brand values and vision. These exciting partnerships become a platform to attract the highest calibre of talent to join our teams globally.”

As ultra-luxury hospitality continues to evolve, the global developer is paving the way to introduce new dining experiences designed by leaders in the industry through exclusive signature restaurants, chef residencies, and conceptual pop-ups. Kerzner’s vast experience and knowledge in catering to diverse, discerning palates is evident in the meticulous curation of partners and the numerous accolades awarded to them. Providing opportunities for emerging talent, through various programs and platforms, is also a key objective of the company’s culinary strategy which aims to nurture and showcase the next generation of innovators.

The Link’s line-up further strengthens Kerzner’s portfolio of global gastronomy laurels. Atlantis The Royal and Atlantis The Palm helm Nobu and Nobu by the Beach by Nobu Matsuhisa, Hakkasan and Ling Ling by Hakkasan (Tao Group Hospitality), Ariana Bundy’s Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, Heston Blumenthal’s Dinner by Heston, estiatorio Milos by Costas Spiliadis, Jaleo by José Andrés, La Mar by Gastón Acurio, The Little Venice Cake Company by Mich Turner, Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay, Studio Frantzén by Björn Frantzén and Ossiano by Gregoire Berger.

Cultivating these successful collaborations is integral to establishing every resort as a premier dining and lifestyle destination.

Set to open in Q4 2023, One Za’abeel is uniquely placed at the convergence of Old and New Dubai and will be a distinctive addition to the city’s skyline. The iconic development will mark two firsts for Kerzner – the world’s first ultra-luxury vertical urban One&Only Resort and Private Homes, and the first-ever SIRO Hotel.
