Loews Nashville Hotel at Vanderbilt Plaza has revealed its multimillion-dollar, property-wide transformation, ushering in a new era for the long-established Nashville hotel.
Located in the city’s Midtown neighbourhood, minutes from Nashville’s entertainment district, Music Row and Vanderbilt University, the hotel’s transformation introduces an elevated guest experience through reimagined guest rooms, revitalised public spaces, distinctive new dining destinations and enhanced gathering spaces inspired by the city’s warm and creative spirit.
“For more than 40 years, Loews Nashville has been a defining part of Music City hospitality, welcoming generations of musicians, dignitaries and guests from around the world,” said Hugh Anderson, General Manager of Loews Nashville Hotel.
“This transformation builds on that legacy with elevated accommodations and exciting new spaces for dining and gathering. Nashville has evolved tremendously and so have we. We’re excited to reintroduce the hotel and share this next chapter with both returning and first-time guests.”
Designed by South Florida-based Studio DADO, the hotel’s interiors draw inspiration from the artistic and cultural identity of Music City, balancing Nashville’s historic character with its contemporary energy throughout the guest experience.
The lobby has been reimagined as a warm and welcoming space that encourages connection, gathering and celebration. The expansive, open-concept design creates an immediate sense of arrival, blending Nashville-inspired artistry with curated architectural elements. Guests are greeted by a dramatic 53-foot-long sculptural chandelier that evokes the fluid nature of sound waves and serves as the lobby’s signature visual centerpiece. A custom glass art installation depicting brass instruments spans the wall behind the reception area, paying homage to Music City’s rich heritage, while a new grand staircase connects the lobby and mezzanine levels, enhancing the openness of the space.
The thoughtful redesign continues into the guestrooms and suites, which showcase the city’s creative character and the natural beauty of the Tennessee landscape. A soft, neutral colour palette allows natural light to take center stage, creating an inviting space. Subtle musical references weave throughout the design, while modern furnishings, plush seating areas and upgraded vanities and showers create a balance of comfort and sophistication, offering a serene retreat amid the energy of Music City.

Complementing the hotel’s reimagined accommodation and public spaces, Loews Nashville Hotel introduces two distinctive dining concepts that celebrate the city’s vibrant culture and culinary scene, offering inviting experiences for both locals and hotel guests. Located within the lobby, Maisonette Patisserie & Coffee serves as an all-day café and marketplace, and Masons at West End anchors the hotel’s dining offerings as a vibrant restaurant, bar and entertainment destination.

The final phase of the property’s transformation will debut in January 2027, introducing enhancements to the hotel’s meetings and events offerings. A refreshed 8,500-square-foot Symphony Ballroom and adjoining foyer will continue the design narrative established throughout the hotel, incorporating sculptural and organic forms that subtly reference Nashville’s musical identity.
The addition of a new outdoor lawn will introduce the hotel’s largest dedicated open-air gathering space, designed to accommodate everything from weddings and special events to community programmes and seasonal activations.
