Manchester City Football Club supporters will soon be able to enjoy the ultimate matchday experience in a new hospitality area in the Etihad Stadium. The club has revealed the radical overhaul of its Citizens suite, which will open just in time for the kick-off of the 2013-14 season.
Football fans who book into Citizens will enjoy views of all the end-to-end on-field action. Seating is on level two on the halfway line, directly opposite the players’ tunnel and tactical area.
In a first for UK stadia, Manchester City has introduced four new entertaining rooms situated at the back of the space, all of which are available for exclusive hire. The Back Four will give members an unrivalled matchday experience, combining Citizens’ relaxed environment with the comfort of a private box.
When hired for the season, fans can dedicate their Back Four box to their favourite defender in Manchester City’s history, creating a truly personalised space within the Etihad Stadium.
The new restaurant and bar will seat up to 328 guests in an aspirational yet comfortable space. Food and service will be overseen by the club’s new catering partner, Fabulous Fan Fayre – a collaboration between Jamie Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts and Legends Hospitality.

The overhaul of Citizens follows the recent launches of a number of game-changing new hospitality areas, including the EA Sports Hospitality Box, the Harvey Nichols Experience Box and The Mancunian.
