Revo Group sets the standard for success with new accreditation

Windsor-based Revo Group has proved its excellence in business performance after passing a rigorous independent assessment and accreditation process.

The company can now forge links with blue-chip businesses such as Selfridges, Morrison’s Airbus, SGP Property and Facilities Management, General Healthcare Group, Punch Taverns, Arcadia Group, Wolseley and Superdrug, after qualifying as an Altius Assured Vendor.

Gary Plant, MD at award-winning Altius Vendor Assessment, says: “Revo has demonstrated to our expert assessors that it’s a top supplier. This provides complete assurance that it is in sound financial health, with all the necessary health and safety systems, insurance coverage, and other requirements in place to be a competent supplier to large corporate customers. We are delighted to welcome the team as one of our assured contractors.”

Philip Basford, MD at Revo Group, adds: “Achieving this recognised standard proves our high level of competency. It will enable us to compete nationally for major contracts and boost our reputation as a quality supplier. The major corporate businesses which are partnered with Altius can have confidence in our abilities, and it gives us a golden opportunity to increase our sales.”

Revo Group works as principal contractor in a variety of sectors, including hotels and restaurants, and co-ordinates all the elements of a project from understanding the first brief to final sign-off. Services include design, fit-out, furniture, relocation, total build, facilities management and a host of ancillary specialties.

Altius Vendor Assessment helps companies to assess, improve, monitor and assure their supply base to reduce their risk and liability and increase performance. The robust online supplier accreditation and management system – which is free to clients and main contractors – takes a thorough evidence-based approach to checking the competences of suppliers.

By working with suppliers to develop and assess their competences, Altius enhances their status and performance – opening up opportunities to win major contracts with some of the UK’s leading businesses. Suppliers can also raise their performance further by developing and proving their customer service, environmental and corporate social responsibility credentials to achieve Altius Elite Vendor status.
