St. Pancras London has appointed Nicholas Davies as General Manager, as the iconic London hotel continues its next chapter following its rebrand as part of Autograph Collection Hotels last year. He joins from The Marylebone Hotel, where he served as General Manager and strengthened the hotel’s luxury positioning within London’s competitive market.

With more than 30 years of experience across some of the UK’s most distinguished luxury hotels, he has held senior roles at several of London’s leading properties. This includes Hotel Manager at The Langham, London, where he played a pivotal role in the hotel achieving and maintaining Forbes Five-Star status, one of the industry’s most recognised global benchmarks of excellence.

Earlier in his career, Davies held a series of senior leadership roles within Rocco Forte Hotels, including Hotel Manager at the renowned Brown’s Hotel, London, where he was instrumental in delivering operational excellence and elevating guest experience across one of the capital’s most historic luxury properties.

As a respected figure within the wider hospitality industry, he holds Master Innholder status and previously served as Chairman of the St Julian Scholars, reflecting a longstanding commitment to talent development and leadership across the sector. He is also a prominent advocate for inclusive hospitality and serves as an ambassador for the Accessible Hospitality Alliance, supporting greater accessibility and inclusion across the sector.

Across his career, Davies has built a strong reputation for leading high-performing teams, driving commercial success, and shaping guest experiences within landmark hotels in London’s luxury hospitality sector.

His new role will focus on strengthening the St. Pancras London’s positioning, driving collaboration across the team, and building momentum around the property’s evolving story as both a landmark hotel and a key part of the wider King’s Cross destination.

Commenting on his appointment, Davies said: “St. Pancras London is a truly extraordinary hotel with a story unlike anywhere else in London. From the architecture and interiors to its location at the heart of King’s Cross, there is an incredible sense of history and energy surrounding the property. I’m excited to work with the team to build on that legacy, create even stronger storytelling around the hotel and continue driving its position as one of London’s most iconic destinations.”
