The Landmark London unveils £4M spa transformation

Following a £4 million investment, five-star property, The Landmark London, will launch a new 710-square-metre spa creating a contemporary wellness destination in the heart of Marylebone this July.
The new spa has been designed to attract both hotel guests and a day-spa audience, with enhanced thermal experiences, treatment partnerships and a 24-hour gym with the state-of-the-art equipment from the Onyx collection by Matrix Fitness, aligning with growing demand for high-quality urban wellness experiences.
The refurbished space offers a comprehensive thermal suite, including a 34°C vitality pool equipped with Swan Neck hydrotherapy jets, aromatic steam room, Finnish sauna, ice fountain, heated marble loungers, and multi-sensory showers, alongside five new treatment rooms, four singles and a double suite, plus a relaxation zone and retail gallery. A series of day packages are also being introduced, ranging from short-format thermal access with dedicated relaxation time through to more comprehensive rituals combining treatments, dining and extended hotel access.
Designed by award-winning architecture studio, Alex Kravetz Design (AKD), the spa incorporates modern design elements with calming with muted organic tones, natural materials such as stone and marble, and ambient soft-glow lighting to create an immersive and relaxing environment.
The treatment offering brings together three world-class specialist partners: QMS Medicosmetics, Ashmira Botanica and OSKIA, combining clinical, results-driven skincare with holistic therapies rooted in Eastern traditions. The multiple brand approach allows the hotel to cater to a broad and increasingly sophisticated wellness consumer.
Options span advanced, collagen-led skincare from QMS Medicosmetics, holistic therapies from Ashmira Botanica inspired by traditional Chinese medicine and focused on sound work, and biotechnological, nutrient-rich treatments from OSKIA, including targeted, radiance-enhancing facials and a one-of-a-kind body treatment involving stretching, joint mobilisation, compression and acupressure.
In a further move to widen appeal, the spa is also introducing its first-ever dedicated collection of family and junior treatments, extending its reach to multi-generational guests and reinforcing The Landmark London’s positioning as a full-service lifestyle destination. Notable highlights include gentle facial and scalp massages in a double treatment room for guardian and child and a teen facial to combat hormonal break outs and redness.
Guests can further personalise their experience with bespoke blends from Camellia’s Tea House including a signature Yin welcome tea and The Landmark Rebalance Blend alongside a targeted nutritional menu developed with OSKIA to support skin health from within.
Hida Shuleta, Spa Manager at The Landmark London comments: “This investment marks a deliberate shift in how we position wellness at The Landmark London. We are not simply enhancing the hotel guest experience but creating a spa that stands as a destination in its own right, one that resonates with Londoners as much as it does with residents.”
“The ambition is to establish a space that people actively choose to visit and return to, with an offering that combines design, high-performance treatments and a more holistic approach to wellbeing in a way that reflects the evolving expectations of the luxury wellness market.”
