The opening of XO Cape Arnna marks the highly anticipated debut of XO Collection, a new Turkish hospitality brand from the owners of Liberty Hospitality. Seamlessly blending sophisticated indulgence with all-inclusive ease, XO Cape Arnna marks a new era on the Turkish Riviera offering an unparalleled escape for both families and adults seeking elevated tranquility.

Nestled on the outskirts of Fethiye, a natural harbour along the Turkish Riviera, XO Cape Arnna is surrounded by ancient ruins, the crystalline waters of the Turquoise Coast, and vibrant local markets, positioning itself as a chic yet serene alternative to Bodrum.

Spanning an impressive 100,000sqm and with 530 rooms, XO Cape Arnna offers two distinct resorts in one: The Club, an adults-only sanctuary and The Resort, a world dedicated to families of all ages.

XO Cape Arnna is home to 37 heated and cooled resort pools, perfect for the winter months as they will all be heated to 28 degrees, as well as offering the chance to cool down in the high summer. Each offers a unique ambiance, including poolside bars, in-pool seating areas, and tranquil infinity pools with breathtaking views across the riviera. The hotel’s private water park offers hours of entertainment with six thrilling water slides including a ‘black hole’ and ‘aquatube’ slide as well as an inflatable raft slide. Set within lushly landscaped gardens, both halves of the resort gently descend toward three pristine beaches, one of which is exclusive to XO Cape Arnna guests.

The Club

XO Cape Arnna has introduced The Club, an exclusive adult-only retreat designed to offer a sanctuary of relaxation, refinement, and vibrant social experiences. Tailored for guests aged 18 and over, The Club seamlessly blends modern luxury with the natural beauty of its coastal surroundings, offering an elevated ambiance with multiple adult-only pools, private cabanas on the beach, and exclusive lounges. The Club features 143 rooms and suites, some with private pools and outdoor hot tubs. Two expansive penthouse suites boast 28sqm balconies with sun loungers, sunbeds and family seating, private step-in pools overlooking the riviera, one with a sauna alongside thoughtfully designed living and dining areas and a private kitchen.

The Resort

The Resort is the family-friendly heart of XO Cape Arnna, welcoming guests of all ages, with access to the child-friendly beach, an expansive family pool, Kids Club including a teen lounge, featuring alongside a private water park and captivating splash park for younger children.

The Resort has 373 spacious one and two-bedroom family rooms and suites. These include terrace suites and triple swim-up rooms; 20 Grand Family Suites, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate living room; and seven swim-up XO Suites ranging from 100 to 140 sqm with stunning sea views. XO Cape Arnna is home to 147 two-bedroom suites, making up 28% of the total available room count.

XO Gastro

The resort’s 17 restaurants combine à la carte fine dining with family favourites, offering everything from Mediterranean, Asian and Turkish cuisine, to vegan and gluten free dining, alongside dedicated patisserie and ice-cream venues. Highlights include Seasons by XO Gastro, an all-day dining venue offering both buffet and à la carte options inspired by ancient Fethiye traditions and recipes, and Sun Tzu, a refined restaurant serving pan-Asian cuisine including a sushi and sashimi selection. Guests can also enjoy exceptional cocktails at four distinct bars: the elegant Rose Room, the inventive Alchemy Lab, and two laid-back Pool Bars, offering both convivial and more intimate spaces.

Design

Designed as a masterclass in contemporary Mediterranean style, the resort’s architecture effortlessly blends sleek minimalism with natural elements. The exteriors evoke a sense of timeless elegance with their soft nod to 70s design, while the interiors feature a harmonious blend of calming earthy tones and vibrant accents inspired by the local region. The rooms continue this sophisticated aesthetic, with a palette of warm hues such as beiges, rust reds, and rich woods, complemented by sleek ceramic floors and stone-style bathrooms with back-lit mirrors and striking black hardware. Club rooms are tailored to adults, offering exclusive access to facilities like the Rose Room, a sophisticated adults-only setting for guests to unwind and enjoy a selection of drinks, while Resort rooms are designed with families in mind, offering spacious layouts and easy access to the child-friendly areas. Regardless of room category, guests will find a wealth of luxury amenities including LED TVs, capsule coffee machines, and plush robes, ensuring the utmost comfort throughout their stay.

Activities, Wellness and Experiences

Open from 8am-12am, XO Cape Arnna’s Kids Club provides an exciting and educational programme of activities and experiences for children and teens aged between 2 and 18. Designed to inspire young minds, the club features themed play zones that cater to all interests, from creative workshops and STEM activities to immersive play spaces like the enchanting “Wonder Valley” play zone with arts and crafts, wall games, Lego and a Hotwheels zone, a junior chef studio, the Animation Studio & PlayStation Hub where kids can explore their creativity with state-of-the-art tech setups to play their favourite video game or learn the basics of animation creation, and the dedicated teen lounge, which will include a DJ workshop, PlayStation room, and digital game table.

For both adults and children alike, XO Cape Arnna offers extensive sporting activities in state-of-the-art facilities, including beach volleyball, water aerobics, Pilates, yoga and aerial yoga studios, two Padel Tennis courts, a full size tennis court and basketball court, aerobics classes, and a 24/7 gym. For those looking to learn a new skill, the resort also offers dance as well as Martial Arts classes, led by expert instructors, and a Sailing Academy. For an additional cost, guests can also book PT lessons, one-on-one Pilates lessons and try their hand at diving and watersports.

Families can also enjoy the exclusive on-property water park, while adults can unwind at the state-of-the-art spa facilities, complete with Turkish hammams for traditional ‘kese’ treatments, a salt and steam room, a Bio-sauna and igloo room, and wellness therapies including Ayurvedic and Thai massage treatments as well as facial and footcare treatments.
