Michel Reybier Hospitality has announced the opening of La Réserve Private Homes Seychelles, located on the island of Praslin – the brand’s first address outside Europe.
The location includes six private villas surrounded by tropical gardens and framed by a stretch of white-sand beach.
Designed by Valérie Garcia and Kristian Gavoille, the villas open onto tropical gardens. Pink granite, woods and pieces of local craftsmanship carry the landscape and spirit of the island into the interiors.

Each villa, ranging from 695 sqm to 880 sqm, features four to six bedrooms, a private pool and direct beach access, alongside a dedicated private chef, housekeeper and maître de maison. Guests can also enjoy bespoke wellness treatments from Swiss longevity experts Clinique Nescens, all from the comfort of their villa.

Guests wake to views over Curieuse Island Nature Reserve and its protected marine park, home to a remarkably preserved ecosystem. With indoor and outdoor living areas ranging from 695 to 880 sqm, each of the six villas features bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closets and private terraces or balconies.

Every La Réserve villa also includes an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a private swimming pool, a garden with a terrace, an outdoor shower and direct beach access via a private path. As in traditional Creole homes, the veranda embodies the art of indoor-outdoor living. From palm-thatched roofs to exotic woods and the pink granite stone typical of Praslin, the architectural details blend with the landscape, embodying the belief that true luxury lies in nature itself. While each villa has its own distinctive interior, they all share the same inspiration: clean-lined wooden furnishings, natural fabrics, and touches of color inspired by the local flora.
