Finnish wellbeing technology brand Neurosonic has launched Harmonia GO, a portable device that uses low-frequency whole-body vibration technology to support relaxation, sleep, recovery and alertness.
Launched in the UK on 20 October 2026, Harmonia GO brings the brand’s existing professional-grade technology into a more accessible format, allowing users to incorporate wellness into their daily routines without requiring dedicated equipment or additional space.
Designed to sit beneath a mattress or sofa cushion, the device delivers calibrated low-frequency vibrations through the surface supporting the body. Users can select programmes through the Neurosonic app while lying down, creating a passive wellness experience that can be incorporated into periods of rest.
Unlike recovery devices that target individual muscle groups, Harmonia GO delivers vibrations across the entire surface beneath the body. The technology is designed to support relaxation and recovery, with programmes also available to encourage alertness and activation when waking.
“We’ve made wellbeing increasingly complicated,” said Juha Suoniemi, CEO of Neurosonic. “People want to sleep better, feel less stressed and recover properly, but achieving those things can start to feel like another job.”
“Harmonia has always been about doing the opposite. You don’t need to wake up earlier, find another half an hour in your day or learn a new technique. You can use it while you’re already lying in bed or relaxing on the sofa. You can choose a programme, and the technology does the work.”
The portable design allows Harmonia GO to be used in different environments, including the home, workplace or while travelling, without requiring a dedicated wellness area.
The device includes access to a 10-minute Powernap programme without a subscription. An optional subscription unlocks eight low-frequency vibration programmes, personalised programme combinations and Neurosonic Insights.
The app can also connect with Oura, Apple Health and Google Health Connect, bringing together information including heart rate, heart rate variability, stress levels and sleep patterns to help users monitor their wellbeing.
The launch reflects the growing interest in wellness technology designed to integrate into everyday environments, with a focus on making relaxation and recovery more accessible without introducing additional routines.
