Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of Vienna House by Wyndham Istanbul Bahçelievler, introducing the Vienna House brand to Türkiye for the first time and expanding Wyndham’s portfolio in the country to 12 brands.

The Vienna House by Wyndham portfolio includes hotels across Europe, from established urban destinations such as Berlin and Amsterdam to distinctive secondary destinations. Following the brand’s recent expansion beyond Europe with the opening of a property in Vietnam, its arrival in Istanbul represents another step in Vienna House’s international growth. The Istanbul hotel is now open under a franchise agreement with ARES İstanbul Turizm, a long-standing Wyndham franchisee.

Vienna House by Wyndham Istanbul Bahçelievler combines contemporary European-inspired design with local touches, creating a relaxed and characterful setting for both business and leisure travellers.

Located on Istanbul’s European side, the hotel features 114 guest rooms, including Superior and Deluxe Rooms, Junior Suites, two accessible rooms and spacious 65-square-metre Vienna Suites with separate living areas.

Guests can enjoy a range of facilities designed for both short and extended stays. The property includes a meeting room accommodating up to 30 guests, a fitness centre and a comprehensive spa featuring a Turkish bath, sauna, steam room and seven treatment rooms. Dining is centred around the Vienna Restaurant, which serves international cuisine and accommodates up to 130 guests for dining and social occasions.

“The opening of Vienna House in Istanbul reflects both the strength and growing sophistication of Türkiye’s hospitality market, as well as our confidence in its long-term future,” said Arcan Bayraktaroğlu, Country Director for Türkiye, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

“As the country’s largest international hotel company, we are proud to be growing alongside Türkiye’s tourism success, expanding our portfolio with brands that meet the evolving needs of travellers and hotel owners. Vienna House is perfectly suited to Istanbul, a city that inspires curiosity, discovery and cultural connection at every turn, and further broadens the choice available as demand grows for more experience-led hospitality, while giving our owners more choice and our guests more ways to experience Wyndham.”

The opening of Vienna House by Wyndham Istanbul Bahçelievler adds another international brand to Wyndham’s growing portfolio in Türkiye, where Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is the largest international hotel company in the country by number of hotels.
