The premium interiors brand launches its flagship London showroom, bringing a state-of-the-art consultation experience to one of the world’s most design-literate postcodes.
What began on Australia’s Gold Coast as a quest to bring more character and craftsmanship to interior fixtures has grown into a globally recognised brand. ABI Interiors has built its reputation on high-quality tapware, hardware, and kitchen and bathroom fittings – products defined by distinctive materiality, hand-finished surfaces, and a design language that sits comfortably across high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects alike.
Now, with the opening of its new flagship showroom at 250 Goswell Road in the heart of Clerkenwell, ABI Interiors is making its most significant statement yet in the UK market.
A Milestone for the Brand
Timed to coincide with Clerkenwell Design Week, the showroom opens its doors to the design community across three days from 19th to 21st May 2026, inviting architects, interior designers, specifiers, and design enthusiasts to experience the brand’s full range in an immersive, considered setting.
For a brand that has expanded from its Australian roots into New Zealand and the UK, the choice of Clerkenwell is deliberate. Its concentration of architecture and design practices, reputation as London’s creative heartland, and role as host to one of the UK’s most important annual design events make it a natural home for ABI’s next chapter.
Designed in Collaboration with Conran and Partners
The showroom itself has been conceived as far more than a product display. Designed in collaboration with Conran and Partners, the space blends elements of residential, hospitality, and retail design to create an environment that feels less like a traditional trade showroom and more like the projects where ABI’s products are used.
A striking double-height void at the front of the site defines the spatial experience. The ground floor serves as the brand’s home, a welcoming introduction where visitors can engage with ABI’s story, philosophy, and design approach. A kitchen-led space integrates elements of the product range, allowing designers and specifiers to experience finishes and proportions in a natural, contextual setting rather than mounted on isolated display boards.
The lower level transitions into a high-density product gallery, where the full breadth of ABI’s collections, including their new Nesso Collection, can be explored, compared, and specified with precision.
A New Standard for Consultation
Central to the showroom’s purpose is a state-of-the-art consultation and specification journey. Designed to support specification across boutique hotels, restaurants, premium residential developments, and commercial spaces, ABI has created a space built for discovery, where designers can engage with materials and finishes in a more immersive and intuitive way.
Material palettes can be assembled, finishes can be viewed under varying light conditions, and products can be understood in relation to one another. For hospitality projects in particular, where fixture and fitting selections must balance durability, aesthetics, and brand identity, this hands-on specification environment is invaluable. The ability to see and feel the weight and texture of a finish, rather than relying on digital swatches or samples, fundamentally changes the quality of the design conversation.
Whether specifying for a boutique hotel, a high-end residential development, or a flagship restaurant fit-out, ABI’s Clerkenwell Showroom offers the design community a destination worth visiting.
The showroom will be open to all visitors during Clerkenwell Design Week, running from 19th to 21st May 2026.
